Fall pricing starts 9/4. 3 nights or more $100 a night available in all one bedrooms

10/1-11/1- $700 for 7 nights. All two bedroom condos #3, #4, #5, ,#9, #12

Closing 11/1 and reopening 4/1

how to make a reservation for first time guests...

• ~ All inquiries about vacancy will be answered via text or phone call at 989-739-5607. Leave a message for a quick response
• ~A $200 valid credit card authorization, (authorization only) at the time of check-in is required as a damage deposit, or should excessive cleaning be needed upon check-out
• ~An initial walk-thru will be completed with management upon check-in. A final walk thru will be performed before check out to assure your expectations are met... and ours
• ~A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required  to hold any reservations between Memorial Day and Labor Day. No-shows will be charged in full unless other arrangements are made.
• ~Off-season weekly specials available after Labor Day and before Memorial Day
• ~ 3 day minimum on Memorial and Labor Day holiday weekends
• ~ 2 day minimum stay required after Labor Day and before Memorial Day
• ~ 3 night Minimum stay is required with Starting or ending on Saturday for reservations starting Mid June, July, and most of August unless you are informed otherwise by Thomas'.
• ~Sorry, no pets on property, or in cars
• ~Smoking, hookah, and vaping of all kinds is prohibited inside the units and sun-rooms. Ashtrays are provided outside.  
• at least 24 hr. notice is required for all reservations.
